 A western screech owl landed in our backyard due to the storm and finally left after 3 days.

Composition is a symphony of these five elements working together to compose a single image. In a well composed photograph, each element of the image will complement the others to convey a feeling, message, or simply to display something visually appealing.

Imagine a photograph as a window through which you can share experiences with your viewers. From where would you want them to view the scene? How would you show it to them? Attempt the image from multiple angles, various layouts and diversify your camera settings when you're out creating. Shoot what feels right and natural to the scene.

Glen Canyon to Twin Peaks is a 4 mile trail 

It feels like you're not in the city as soon as you step into Glen Canyon, great views, rocks, through the forest. Then you cross Portola Ave to go to twin peaks. Many steps to climb before you reach awesome view at the top.
