There are many ways to get to Cabo, by cruise, or by plane. We came in a cruise ship many years ago with the kids. The stay with short since we need to back to the ship by a certain time. This time, we decided to go by plane since it's fairly inexpensive to fly from California.
1. Visit El Arco
We took the glass bottom boat to see the beaches. Passing by El Arco, we had to pose a photo since United Hemispheres features this location.
2. Visit lovers beach and divorce beach
Divorce beach is just 5 minutes walk south of lovers beach. A nice beach, but with strong currents!
Of course when I see a man with iguana walking towards me, naturally the animal lover in me want to pose a photo. Not soon after we were picked up by our driver.
3. Take a glass bottom boat ride and take a picture in front of El Arco
4. Medano Beach
Medano Beach is one of the most popular beaches in Cabo San Lucas; with tranquil waters and a wide sandy area, many people likes to hang out here. There are restaurants, shops and bars everywhere. We ate lunch here.
5. Stay at boutique hotel (Casa Bella) and eat fresh fruit every morning.
We stayed at Casa Bella Hotel, it is a nice boutique hotel central to the town. We loved the location, but on the weekends, the noise can be loud due to the clubs and bars nearby.
6. Walk along the Marina
A nice walk along the boardwalk in the morning or the afternoon. There are many shops, restaurants, and bars around. Be careful at night here though.
7. Eat at Captain Tony's
8. Eat at Outpost This is where we got local advise on where to go for the next couple days.
9. Turtle release at sunset with Cabo Outfitters
I had reserve this tour few weeks before the trip. Since I love animals, this was an experience I'll not forget.
10. Eat at Fish sushi (freshest fish in town)
Recommended by Orlando at the Outpost. It's where locals go, so fresh!
11. Visit Flora Farms this is where Adam Levine got married! So awesome.
12. Hike Mt. Solmar
Climb to the top where the cross is for the best view of downtown Cabo, the marina, medano beach, pacific ocean and sea of cortez. It was scary at times since the climb was pretty steep. But we did it!
