Day 57 Blue Heron, Miso mushroom tofu, lemon olive oil cake, and Tom Yum soup

1) Hike Los Altos Hills with Mariko and spotted a blue heron from HV
2) Cooked Nameko mushroom in miso tofu
3) Baked lemon olive oil cake


4) Tom Yum Soup
