Clive's last day

Clive is our intern from Touro University.  Today is his last day, we celebrated by having Rubina's famous chicken fried rice, Kamakura's famous kamakura roll, play boy roll, and Oyako-donburi.

Marianne

Our dear customer Marianne is not doing well :( Her caregiver told us that she only have few days/weeks left according to the doctor.  Cynthia and I decided to visit her today.  We each brought her gifts.  Cynthia brought her green tea and chocolate from Pharmaca and I brought her my origami, which she loves, and my painting that says "peace" in chinese. And ginger green tea, japanese crackers and chocolate gummy.

She is in high spirit today which is a relief for me.  I'm glad that we made the visit today. We sat and chat about things, had tea and chocolate :)

Hot lunch helper

Every 3rd Tuesday it's our turn to help hot lunch.  It's always Chef Chu's fried rice, water and fruits.  I like this day since I always get to take home food.

On this day, I made dinner with Chef Chu's fried rice, left over pork in slow cooker, sprinkle some seaweed. And top with turkey roll from Costco.  As usual, I made my smoothie to go with it.
This day I added blueberries from Costco, apple, oranges, and lemon with Calpico.

Charlie's got groomed today

Luna came over to groom Charlie.  She's such an artist! Charlie's transformed.  He looks so much younger and skinner now :)

Maya is here as well.  Charlie walked with her as if he can see her, so cute!

Our new fence

Our neighbor's dog Lily has been coming to our yard uninvited due to broken fence.  I finally called the fence company and had them fixed :)
