Every 3rd Tuesday it's our turn to help hot lunch. It's always Chef Chu's fried rice, water and fruits. I like this day since I always get to take home food.
On this day, I made dinner with Chef Chu's fried rice, left over pork in slow cooker, sprinkle some seaweed. And top with turkey roll from Costco. As usual, I made my smoothie to go with it.
This day I added blueberries from Costco, apple, oranges, and lemon with Calpico.
