Stow lake and Paulette macarons

Since the weather was really nice we decided to take Charlie to Golden Gate Park!

After we park, we walked to stow lake.

We saw whole bunch of pigeons next to us!

Then they all fly away!

We walked around the lake and saw this waterfall

Timothy decided to climb to the middle... I think he is like despereaus :)

Then we got to the pagoda

And head back..

Timothy got very hungary so we headed to check out Paulette macarons.. I heard so much good things about the place I had to check them out!

The macarons looks amazing!

I ordered 12 different flavors!

We stopped by a park nearby with a cool scupture.

Everyone had a macaron.. it was so delicious!

The neighborhood on Hayes street seems interesting! We say bye to San Francisco and I'm sure we will be back to visit soon :)

Dinner and outdoor movie

Realsimple magazine inspired me to have...
raspberry lemonade!

And since Monica just came back from L.A. we got some cucumber from mom's garden. so I made cucumber with soy sauce, sugar, salt, chili, and sesame oil.

Monica made her tomato and egg stir-fry with ketchup

And I made soup with assorted fish balls, veggies, and seaweed from Taiwan.

Lastly, since ah-ma says corn has lots of fiber... I brought corn and steam with rice

That is quite a complete dinner.  We were pretty full afterwards. Then I decided to
to have an outtdoor movie day and watch "Spy Next Door" next to the deck!

Minute to win it

At the very last minute, we decided to held a party for Timothy and Kaizad...it's called... "Minute to win it" Party!

It's a game that you use household item to complete a task in 60 seconds.

Ahma's dinner

On this Wednesday, I came home from work to this dinner (bento) packed by Monica, made by Ahma.

It is so nice to eat home made food prepared by other people.  I feel so loved :)

R & G lounge and the Fairmont San Francisco

Over the memorial day holiday, we went to S.F. to visit Gary, Yuri, Zachary and Ellie :)
We meet at R & G lounge- where Anthony Bourdain went

The food was delicious. We ordered westlake minced beef soup

Prawns with Honey walnuts

Minced seafood in lettuce cups

Sauteed veggie

Rice noodle with curry sauce

And seafood fried rice, noodle, and beef dish... wow.. lots of food!

The kids had lots of fun as always :)

Afterwards we walked to Fairmont and visit their room and Tonga room- where amazing race got their clue- so cool!

We had a very good night and great food and company.
